The Executive of the National Coursing Association of Victoria is elected at the Annual General Meeting from the Club delegates who are elected by their coursing clubs.  Each club can have respresentation from three delegates at the AGM.

The role of the National Coursing Association of Victoria Inc (NCAV) is to administer coursing.  As an incorporated association, the NCAV has a constitution with which it manages it affairs and also that of clubs registered for coursing. An Annual General Meeting is conducted in October each year; delegtes from registered clubs attend.

To comply with constitutional arrangements our financial accounts are audited each year.
